Workout Week of 8/11/14: Circuits

Circuits Again: http://mbtstrong.blogspot.com/2014/06/circuits-week-of-62314.html.  We're running 4, 4, 4 of each circuit.  Add some pushups into your rest in between sets.  Throw in between sets if you've got a partner.  Challenge yourselves.  Put in the work now so you know that when you step onto the field at nationals, there isn't anyone who can outwork you.
